混合动力变速箱液压系统设计与动态仿真 被引量:4

摘要 针对某款混合动力汽车变速箱设计出一个液压系统。以液压系统功能要求作为依据,经理论计算得到各个阀体的参数。根据液压系统设计方案原理图,采用模块化思想在仿真软件ITI-SimulationX环境下建立液压系统的动态仿真模型,并对每个阀体元件进行了动态性能仿真。通过仿真,验证了理论计算的正确性;同时对液压系统的供油调压和流量控制系统、制动器元件操控系统、冷却和润滑系统的压力和流量进行了动态分析。研究方法与结果可应用于混合动力汽车变速箱液压系统的设计。 Specific to the transmission structure of Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV),a hydraulic system was designed.In the light of functional requirements of hydraulic system,parameters of each valve can be obtained through theoretical calculation.On the basis of the design scheme,hydraulic system model can be simulated in the software SimulationX by adopting modular design idea and dynamic simulation for each valve component was carried out,which results confirm the correctness of theoretical calculation.Meanwhile,dynamic analysis in pressure regulating for oil supplying of the hydraulic system and flow control system,brake control system as well as pressure and flow of coolant and lubrication system have been carried out.The analysis method and results can be applied to design of hydraulic system of HEV.
