摘要
作为以刺激剂驱散为主要防暴手段的脉冲防暴水炮,其发射管内的气液湍流运动对于脉冲防暴水炮管外射流及其雾化影响较大,必须进行深入的研究分析。采用二维大涡模拟模型对管内湍流进行了数值模拟,玻璃管内气体撞击水柱的高速摄影实验用于模拟验证。验证表明,大涡模拟较标准k-ε模型能更为准确地描述管内的气液参混,用其进行管内湍流模拟是可行的。为脉冲防暴水炮的数值研究找到了可靠手段,所得结论为水炮的优化设计及变初始边界条件的数值模拟打下了一定基础。
Pulsed anti-riots water cannon is used to deter the people with irritant,which gas-liquid turbulence flow influence significantly in outside water-jet and its atomization,so it should be studied in depth.A 2-D Large Eddy Simulation(LES)model is applied to simulate the turbulence pipe flow,the high-speed photography experiment of gas impinge water column in glass pipe was used to validate the simulation result,which result show:LES model can describe more accurately the process of gas-liquid mixing in pipe than standard k-ε model,therefore it is feasible to simulate the turbulence flow inside pipe.In one word a reliable method is found for numerical study of the pulsed antiriot water cannon in it,which result lay a foundation for optimal designing water cannon and numerical simulation with alterable initializing boundary condition.
