基于改进型层次聚类算法的可重构制造系统的产品族划分 被引量:5

摘要 针对可重构制造系统的产品族划分问题,提出了基于改进型层次聚类算法的可重构制造系统的产品族划分方法。首先对影响产品族划分的因素进行分析,基于产品的结构矩阵以及组成产品的各模块间的相关性矩阵确定了各因素的指标值,建立了各个因素相似度矩阵,然后利用层次分析法获得各指标的权重,获得产品的综合相似度矩阵,利用改进型层次聚类算法实现产品族的划分。最后通过实例验证了改进型层次聚类算法与层次聚类算法具有相同的划分结果,但是改进型层次聚类算法有更低的计算复杂度与更高的效率。 A product family partition of Reconfigurable Manufacturing System(RMS)is presented based on an improved hierarchical clustering algorithm method.First,the factors which affected the product families partition is analyzed to define the index value of the factors based on structure matrix and relativity matrix among modules of products and establish the similarity matrix form.Then the factor's weight is got via AHP method,as well as the integrated similarity matrix based on improved hierarchical clustering algorithm in order to realize product families partition.Finally it is verified through examples that the partition results between the improved hierarchical clustering algorithm and hierarchical clustering algorithm is coincident,however the improved one is much lower in computing complexity and higher in efficiency.
