摘要
研究了BG无料钟布料器的原理和结构,并此基础上使用三维建模设计软件Solid Edge对其进行了三维设计。阐述了包钢BG无料钟布料器的发展和特点,分析了其结构原理、组成和基本结构,并详细介绍了基于Solid Edge的三维建模过程,并对建立的三维模型进行了分析,对三维模型的工程应用进行了详细的阐述,为进一步进行Ansys有限元分析打下良好基础。对于BG布料器的研究、设计具有研究价值,对于指导生产、维修布料器设备具有重要的实践意义。
Principle and structure of BG less-bell distributor is studied in it,based on which a three-dimensional model for the distributor is built with the help of Solid Edge software.Then BG distributor's development and characteristic is expatiateed.The principle,composition and main structure are analyzed as well.In addition,three-dimensional modeling process is introduced in detail and analysis for the model is carried out as well as the application of the model is expounded,which shall lay a foundation for analyzing with Ansys FEM.Therefore tt is valuable for the study,design of the BG distributor and significant in practice for manufacturing and maintaining of distributor.
