摘要
为了实现综合环境试验离心机自动、精确的配平,减小离心机运转过程中的不平衡力,设计了由电机-减速器、同步带、螺纹副、导轨滑块及4个摇杆测力传感器组成的静平衡调整系统。根据4个摇杆测力传感器的信息,移动配重块,实现静平衡调整。计算了配重块移动所需的电机功率和转矩,分析了调节螺母和拉力带组成的螺纹副在离心机满载荷运转时的应力、应变。结果表明,静平衡调整系统可以满足综合环境试验离心机配平的要求。
In order to trim combined environmental test centrifuge automatically and accurately and reduce unbalance force in operating process of the centrifuge,a static equilibrium regulation system is designed,which is composed of motor-reducer,synchronous belt,screw vice,rail slide and four rocker force sensors.According to the messages from the four rocker force sensors,trim block is moved to realize static equilibrium regulation.The motor power and torsion which can move trim block is calculated.Then the stress-strain in the full load running process of centrifuge of screw vice which comprises nut and tensile belt is analyzed.The results show that the static equilibrium regulation system can satisfy trim requirement of combined environmental test centrifuge.
