压敏胶表面张力对保护膜性能的影响 被引量:3

Influence of PSA's surface tension on properties of protective film

摘要 研究了丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶)乳液及本体表面张力对保护膜性能的影响,讨论了固含量、乳化剂含量、消泡剂含量和共聚单体等因素对PSA乳液及本体表面张力的影响。结果表明:PSA乳液的表面张力过大时,其对基材的润湿性较差,保护膜的表面质量和耐高温高湿老化性能变差;PSA本体表面张力对保护膜与被保护材料之间的粘接强度、初粘力有一定影响,当PSA本体表面张力与被保护材料相近时,两者间的粘接强度相对最大。 The influences of surface tension for acrylate PSA(pressure sensitive adhesive) emulsion and PSA self on properties of protective film were investigated.The influences of some factors such as solid content,emulsifier content,antifoam content and comonomers were discussed on surface tension of PSA emulsion and PSA self.The results showed that the protective film's surface quality and high temperature-high humidity aging resistant were poor when excessive surface tension of PSA emulsion had poorer wettability on the base material.The surface tension of PSA self had a certain influence on bonding strength and initial tack between protective film and protectived materials,and bonding strength between protective film and protectived material was maximal when surface tensions between PSA self and protectived material were near.
