摘要
目的探讨卵巢甲状腺肿类癌的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析6例卵巢甲状腺肿类癌的临床资料,并综合文献复习。结果 6例卵巢甲状腺肿类癌发病年龄21～77岁,临床表现为腹痛、腹胀、腹腔积液及附件包块,CA125水平可增高。卵巢甲状腺肿类癌6例中术前怀疑为恶性肿瘤4例,其余术前均未明确诊断。1例行右侧附件切除;3例行腹腔镜右侧附件切除;1例行肿瘤细胞减灭术;1例行子宫及患侧附件切除。结论对卵巢甲状腺肿类癌患者行双侧输卵管、卵巢及子宫切除术或行患侧附件切除术,其预后相近。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of 6 cases of strumal carcinoid of ovary.Methods 6 patients with strumal carcinoid of ovary were analyzed by retrospective analysis method and literature review.Results The age of patients ranged from 21 to 77 years old.Clinical symptoms included abdominalgia,abdominal distention,ascites,abdominal mass and an elevated Ca125 lever.Of the 6 patients,1 case received operation by staging;1 case received hysterectomy and unilateral salpingo-ophorectomy;3 cases received laparoscope unilateral salpingo-ophorectomy;1 case received unilateral salpingo-ophorectomy.Conclusion The treatment of strumal carcinoid of ovary is controversial.The prognosis of hysterectomy combined with bilateral salpingo-ophorectomy or unilateral salpingoophorectomy is similar.
