摘要
为满足盲人、眼疾患者等视力弱势群体对获取知识的需求,设计了一种以ARM9嵌入式处理器为核心的便携式助读器。该助读器通过扫描、搜索和发音,能够将图书、报纸等纸质文本以声音的形式输出,实现助读功能;此外,该设计还可以扫描存储并实现速录。介绍了该便携式助读器的系统原理、硬件设计以及软件实现方法,同时,对该助读器进行了测试。结果表明,该助读器具有较好的识别率和发音效果。
In order to satisfy the requirements of acquiring knowledge for blinds and low vision people,the portable reading aid with ARM9 embedded processor as the core is designed.Through scanning,searching and pronunciation,the reading aid can output the texts in paper media,such as books and newspapers,into sound for implementing the function of helping to read.In addition,the design also offers the functions of scanning,storage,and fast speed recording.The principle of the system,the hardware design,and software implementing method of the reading aid are introduced.The result of tests shows that the reading aid features higher recognition rate and pronunciation effect.
