摘要
电压波动及闪变过大,将导致许多智能仪表及设备无法正常工作。为了给控制电能质量提供技术保障,在IEC电压闪变仪原理的基础上,研究了电压闪变测量的原理和数字化实现的方法,同时采用传递函数设计了电压闪变仪的模拟系统,并在Simulink中对系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,所设计的闪变仪能够实现电压闪变过程中的在线检测,从而为控制电能质量提供了新的途径。
Voltage fluctuation and large flicker make most of the intelligent instruments and equipment work improperly.In order to provide technical guarantee for controlling the quality of power energy,on the basis of the principle of IEC flicker meter,the principle and digitizing method of implementation for voltage flicker measurement are researched.By using transfer function,the emulated system of voltage flicker meter is designed and simulated in Simulink.The result of simulation verifies that this flicker meter is able to detect the flickering process on line;the design provides a new path for controlling the quality of power energy.
