摘要
从水电站建成后对其区域生态环境与社会的影响入手,着重论述了水电站的生态环境与本区域水资源保护及利用的关系,指出建设水电生态基地,充分发挥水电的社会效益是实现水电资源可持续发展的有效途径。
This paper mainly discussed the relationship between ecological environment of the power plant and water resource protection and utilization,and pointed out that constructing the ecology base of water power and giving full play to its social efficiency are the effective way of sustainable development of water resources.
