无刷直流电机助力式EPS控制器设计与试验 被引量:9

摘要 基于无刷直流电机(BLDCM)模型和汽车电动助力转向(EPS)动力学模型,构建了BLDCM控制仿真模型和EPS性能仿真模型;设计了以ARM7LPC2131为控制器内核和以MC33034P120为驱动模块的EPS控制器硬件;分析了EPS的助力、回正和阻尼控制对控制器硬件的要求,给出了EPS控制软件的主程序和A/D、速度信号采集与中断服务子程序流程;最后将BLDCM助力式EPS及其控制系统装车进行原地转向试验和蛇形试验,试验结果表明,所设计的EPS控制器与整车匹配良好,性能稳定。 Based on the model for brush-less DC motor(BLDCM) and the dynamic model for electric power steering(EPS) system,the simulation models for BLDCM control and EPS performance are set up.The EPS controller hardware with ARM7LPC2131 as its core and MC33034P120 as drive module is designed,and the requirements of power assistance,aligning and damping controls on controller hardware are analyzed.The flow charts of main program and its subroutine for A/D and speed signals acquisition and interrupt service are given.Finally the BLDCM assisted EPS and its control system are installed on a newly-launched car for spot turn and slalom tests.The results of tests show that the EPS controller designed well matches the vehicle with stable performance.
