摘要
乳腺癌是导致女性患者死亡的重大疾病之一,目前乳腺癌治疗的有效模式是多学科参与的综合治疗,随着乳腺癌治疗理念的进一步清晰和更新,包括保乳手术、前哨淋巴结活检、基因检测、循环肿瘤细胞检测在内的多项新技术逐渐应用于临床实践,并有助于指导患者的个体化治疗。
Breast cancer is the most frequent type of cancer in women with major cause of death and metastatic disease.The effective therapy of breast cancer depends on multi-therapeutic means.The new techniques including breast conserving therapy,sentinel lymph node biopsy,oncotype and circulating tumor cell detection and so on are being well developed and applied in clinical practice,which will be helpful to guide the individual therapy of the patients with breast cancer.
