黄缘闭壳龟体型差异与亚种群分化分析 被引量:6

摘要 通过对黄缘闭壳龟的体重、背甲长、背甲宽、腹甲长、腹甲宽、体高等6个形态参数,以及背甲长/背甲宽、腹甲长/腹甲宽、背甲长/腹甲长、背甲宽/腹甲宽、背甲长/体高、腹甲长/体高、体重/体高平方等7个形态参数比例来研究A、B两种体型黄缘闭壳龟的群体差异.结果显示:A、B体型黄缘闭壳龟的腹甲长和体高差异极显著(P<0.01),其他形态参数差异不显著(P>0.05);两体型的形态参数比例除背甲长/背甲宽、腹甲长/体高差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其他的形态参数比例差异显著或极显著(P<0.01或0.01<P<0.05),从而通过形态学研究,为两种不同体型黄缘闭壳龟的亚种群分化和保护单元提供初步依据. The differences of two group Cistolemmysflavomarginata( somatotypes A and B)were studied in details by six shape parameters (weight, length of carapace, width of carapace, length of plastron, width of plastron, height) and seven shape parameter ratios( length of carapace to width of carapace, length of plastron to width of plastron, length of carapace to length of plastron, width of carapace to width of plastron, length of catapace to height,length of plastron to height,weight to square of height). The results showed that two shape parameters (length of plastron and height)and five shape parameter ratios (length of plastron to width of plastron, length of carapace to length of plastron, width of carapace to width of plastron,length of plastron to height,weight to square of height)exist remarkable difference between somatotypes A and B. Some data for the subspecies classification, subpopulation differentiation, and protecting of C/s- tolemmysflavomarginata could be obtained by the mentioned-above morphologically study.
