生物反馈电刺激与雌三醇联合治疗围绝经期女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效观察 被引量：9

摘要 ①目的探讨生物反馈电刺激与雌三醇软膏联合治疗对围绝经期女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果。②方法对80例压力性尿失禁的围绝经期女性,随机分实验组即生物反馈电刺激与雌三醇软膏联合治疗,对照组即单纯生物反馈电刺激治疗,比较两组疗效。实验组:使用治疗仪每次20min,每周2次,15次为1疗程,每次治疗结束后,将雌三醇软膏涂抹在阴道壁,每次用药0.5g,根据压力性尿失禁程度进行1～2个疗程。对照组:方法同上,只是治疗结束后阴道壁不涂抹雌三醇软膏。治疗结束后2个月评估治疗效果。③结果生物反馈电刺激与雌三醇软膏联合治疗对围绝经期妇女压力性尿失禁的有效率明显高于单纯生物反馈电刺激治疗。④结论生物反馈电刺激与雌三醇软膏联合治疗是一种安全、有效治疗围绝经期压力性尿失禁的方法。
