摘要
建设学院型医院是近年许多参与医学教育的临床医院提出的发展目标。高质量、有特色的重点学科能有效促进医疗、教学、科研工作整体发展。临床实验室应根据工作特点,顺应形势,调整在学院型医院建设中的发展思路,找到一条适合自己的发展模式。
To build an academic hospital is a development goal of a number of hospitals involved in clinical medical education during recent years.Highly qualified key disciplines in a hospital can effectively promote its clinical work,teaching and research as a whole.Construction and development of clinical laboratories should be based on the steps of hospital construction.By following the situation and adjusting in the academic development,clinical laboratories could find a suitable model in its development.
