摘要
低碳城市规划是城市规划新的视角和实现低碳城市发展目标的重要途径。作为上海市首批8个低碳发展实践区之一,临港新城将打造绿色、智慧、健康理念引领的"未来之城"。结合临港新城规划建设实际,通过低碳城市规划寻求城市发展的低碳化方向,探索总体规划、详细规划2个层面的临港新城低碳城市形态和土地利用空间规划策略,并研究提出低碳城市能源和产业规划设想。
Low carbon city planning is a new perspective of city planning and an important way to achieve a low carbon city. As one of the first batch of low carbon development practice areas of Shanghai, Lingang New City will build a ＂ city of the future＂ with green, wisdom, health idea. Combined with the planning and construction practice of Lingang New City , this paper explorates low carbon urban morphology and land use spatial planning strategies in two dimensions of overall planning and detailed planning and proposes the conceive of low-carbon city energy and industrial planning.
