摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,凹凸棒土(AT)为无机粒子填充剂,通过熔融共混的方法制备PP/AT复合材料,探讨了AT对PP/AT复合材料的热行为、机械性能及流动性能的影响。结果表明:AT能起到一定增强的效果,当AT的含量为2 wt.%时,PP/AT复合材料的抗拉强度可达到35.5MPa,但其冲击强度随AT含量的增加而呈现阶梯式递减趋势;AT的加入可提高复合材料的结晶温度,但对其熔点的影响不大;随着AT的添加,PP/AT复合材料的流动性能得到了很好的改善,当AT的含量为3 wt.%时,其熔融指数达到最大值,体系的粘度变小。
A series of polypropylene(PP)/attapulgite(AT) composites were prepared by melted extrusion method.Physico-chemical properties of the PP/AT composites were characterized.The results indicated that AT doping in the PP led to a higher tensile strength,the tensile strength of composites with 2 wt% AT was 35.5MPa,which was higher than other composites.However,the elongation at break decreased with increasing AT content.Although the crystallization temperature of composites increased with increasing AT content,the melt of composites basically consistent with the pure PP.With AT doping in the PP,the melt flow property was improved,it reached the maximum when added 3 wt% AT.
