摘要
在美国对外贸易政策中,经常会启动201条款、301条款及406条款。本文对美国对外贸易政策中的201、301、406条款的内涵、渊源、实质及其启示作了简要的分析。
In USA foreign trade policies, the Article 201,301 and 406 are often used, this paper analyzes their connotation, origin, substance and apocalypse.
