摘要
目的 通过评估儿童疾病综合管理策略实施后的效果来探讨该策略对改进儿童医疗保健服务的效果.方法 以世界卫生组织通用的卫生机构调查和评估工具,结合我国的实际情况进行改编,对基础调查和儿童疾病综合管理实施后进行评估.结果 实施儿童疾病综合管理策略后医生在对患儿的评估、分类、治疗以及与家长的交流都有显著提高,治疗的正确率由实施前的20.2%提高到82.2%.结论 儿童疾病综合管理策略可以有效地改进我国基层的儿童医疗保健服务.
Objective To explore the impact of integrated management of childhood illness （IMCI） strategy on the improvement of medical care service through the evaluation after implementation. Methods Baseline survey was conducted and impact of IMCI was evaluated based on the locally adapted WHO protocol of health facilities survey and evaluation tools. Results There were significant improvements after the implementation of IMCI strategy in terms of assessment, classification and treatment of sick children and communication skills with caretakers. The rate of correct treatment increased from 20.2% to 82.2%. Conclusion IMCI strategy is effective in improving local child medical Care Service.
