摘要
目的总结宫颈癌术后患者放疗的护理特点。方法对43例宫颈癌术后患者采用心理指导、健康教育以及放疗前、中、后的精心护理,使患者积极配合治疗。结果所有患者通过放射治疗和全程护理,消除了不良心理状态,积极配合治疗,顺利完成了放疗计划。结论宫颈癌术后患者放疗同时通过正规护理可减轻放射损伤,提高肿瘤局部控制率,同时改善生活质量。
Objective To summarize the nursing of cervical cancer patients with radiothera- py. Methods Fortythree cases of cervical cancer patients were provided with psychological guid- ance, health education and intensive nursing before, during and after radiation therapy in order to let them actively cooperate with the treatment. Results Through radiation therapy and intensive care, all patients got out of bad mood, actively cooperate with treatment, and successfully complet- ed radiotherapy.
