摘要
目的探讨对肺癌术后化疗患者实行循证护理的效果。方法对76例肺癌术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组各38例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予循证护理。结果实验组并发症发生明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而患者对护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌术后护理过程中实施循证护理,可有效减少或避免并发症,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence based nursing to lung cancer patients who are undergoing postoperative chemotherapies. Methods Seventy - six cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group, each with 38 cases. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received evidence - based nurs- ing. Results The experimental group was significantly lower than the control group in complications （P〈0.05）, and higher in satisfaction of patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence based nursing effectively reduces or prevents complications to lung cancer patients who are undergoing postoperative chemotherapy, and improves patient＇s quality of life.
