摘要
本文通过射频等离子体球化处理工艺成功制备了微细球形钼粉,并研究了球化处理对粉末性能和加料速率对粉末球化率的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射和激光粒度分析仪对球化处理前后粉末的形貌、物相和粒度分布进行了测试和分析。研究结果表明:团聚的不规则钼粉经等离子球化处理后,得到表面光滑、分散性良好、球化率可达到100%的球形钼粉。粉末的粒度分布变窄,松装密度和振实密度显著提高,松装密度由1.58g/cm3提高到5.18g/cm3,振实密度由2.32g/cm3提高到6.68g/cm3。在其他工艺条件不变的情况下,随着加料速率的增加,钼粉的球化率降低。射频等离子体球化处理技术制备的高纯微细球形Mo粉适用于近净成形技术和粉末冶金等工业领域。
Spherical molybdenum powder was prepared by radio frequency (RF) plasma. The powder characteristics and effects of the feeding rate on the percento spheroidization were studied. The phase composition and morphological properties of the powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and laser micron sizer (LMS). The results show that fine spherical powder composed of pure molybdenum has favorable dispersity and smooth surface and percento spheroidization of hear 100 %. LMS analysis indicate that the prepared powder has narrow particle size distribution. The percento spheroidization of the sample decreases gradually as increasing of the feeding rate. The apparent density and tap density increase significantly after RF plasma processing, the apparent density raise from 1.58 g/cm^3 to 5.18 g/cm^3 and tap density raise from 2.32 g/cm^3 to 6.68 g/cm^3. Hish pure and spherical molybdenum powders prepared by the RF plasma spheroidizing near net-shape are suitable for forming technology and powder metallurgy.
