摘要
建立了ICP-MS直接测定高纯钛中Be,V,Co,Ni,Ga,Mo,Nb,Cd,Sb,Tl,Pb的分析方法,并对ICP-MS工作参数及条件进行了优化和选择。高纯钛用HF与HNO3溶解后加入Sc、Cs、Re内标,用ICP-MS直接检测。方法的检出限为0.03~0.1 ng/mL,测定下限为0.2~0.5 ng/mL,各元素的回收率为92.5%~117%。对高纯钛样品的分析结果表明,其精密度和准确度均满足痕量分析的要求。
A new method for the determination of trace amounts of elements Be,V,Co,Ni,Ga,Mo,Nb,Cd,Sb,Tl,Pb in high-purity titanium by ICP-MS was developed.ICP-MS operating parameters and conditions were optimized and selected.Titanium samples were digested with HF and HNO3.The solution was detected directly by ICP-MS with Sc,Cs and Re as internal standard.Detection limit and minimum limit of determination of the method were 0.03~0.1ng/mL and 0.2~0.5ng/mL,respectively.The recoveries ranged from 92.5% to 117%.Using the method to analyze the high-purity titanium,the results show that the method has good accuracy and precision,and it can meet the requirements of trace analysis.
