摘要
采用生长速率法测定八角茴香果实4种不同溶剂提取物对水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、大葱紫斑病菌(Alternaria porri)、番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)和棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)的抑菌作用。结果表明,八角茴香4种不同溶剂提取物对4种植物病原菌都有一定的抑制作用,丙酮和二甲苯提取八角茴香抑菌活性能力相对较强,甲醇提取八角茴香抑菌活性能力次之,乙醇提取八角茴香抑菌活性能力相对较弱。
The fungistasis of lllicium verum was tested with isolate hyphas of Rhizoctonia solani,A lternaria porri,Alternaria solani and Fusarium oxysporum under different cultivating conditions.Results showed that lllicium verum had plenty of bioactive substance to restrain hypha growth under different solvents. Different solvents extracts of lllicium verum had different antifungal activity to hypha. Xylene and ethanol extracts of lllicium verum had strong fungistasis followed by acetone, however, methanol extracts of lllicium verum had weak fungistasis.
