摘要
通过单因子和双因子实验,研究了柑橘炭疽病菌孢子萌发的最适温度、接种方法、接种浓度和调查时间对柑橘抗炭疽病发病的影响,摸索出一套适合柑橘炭疽病接种的简便、可行、准确的室内抗病性鉴定方法。结果表明,柑橘炭疽菌孢子在26、27℃下的萌发率最大;在26℃下,接种孢子浓度为2×107个/mL,接种方法为浸泡法,调查时间为5 d时,能最大程度反映品种间的抗病性差异。
We studied the optimum temperature of Citrus anthracnose spores germinating, the effects of inoculation methods, vaccination concentration and survey of time on Citrus resisting anthracnose by single factor and double factor experiment. The results showed that the spore germination rate of Citrus anthracnose was the biggest at 26,27℃. It could most reflect the differences of disease resistance between varieties at 26℃ when the inoculation concentration was 2×10^7/mL, the inoculation methods was infusion method and survey time was 5 days later.
