摘要
油、气管道在大型河流穿越中,水底穿越管段的阴极保护是个比较困难的课题。本文讨论了无地床牺牲阳极保护技术在水底穿越管段上应用的可行性;重点介绍了环状阳极对外敷连续混凝土层的水底管段的保护技术,和用特殊阳极带对套管内管的保护技术,并结合实例设计计算,分析了其经济效益。
The cathotic protection is a difficult topic for oil and gas pipeline to cross large river or under the water. In the paper the feasibility of sacrificial anode without ground bed to prateet pipelines under the water was disenssed. The key points to put on are the annular anode to protect the pideline with external cement layer, the special anode tape to protect inner pipe of casing pipe. As an example the design calculation, analysis of economic effects are stated.
