乳腺超声影像报告和数据系统的临床应用分析

摘要 目的:探讨超声诊断乳腺病使用BI-RADS分级的作用。方法:对收治的400例乳腺病患者的超声影像资料进行回顾性分析,依据BI-RADS-US分级对患者进行分级诊断。结果:依据BI-RADS-US分级诊断结果为16例为0级,20例为1级,78例为2级,114例为3级,74例为4A级,32例为4B级,22例为4C级,44例为5级。结论:临床诊断上使用超声BI-RADS分级意义显著。
