超声引导下经皮穿刺活检对边缘型肺肿块的诊断 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺边缘型肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:对24例超声能显示的肺边缘型肿块患者,用巴德(BADE)自动活检枪和18 G活检针行超声引导下经皮穿刺活检,所取组织以能做出明确组织病理诊断为取材满意,否则为不满意。结果:24例均取材满意,每个病灶取材2～3次不等,所有患者穿刺后均无严重并发症。结论:超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对肺边缘型肿块的定性,安全、简便、准确性高,值得临床推广。
