摘要
为了研究不同预处理对羊毛纤维平均直径的影响及其相关性,用激光纤维直径分析仪分别检测了常温、烘箱、恒温恒湿3种不同预处理的标准毛条、同质羊毛、异质羊毛的纤维平均直径。结果表明:常温、烘箱、恒温恒湿3种不同预处理的8个标准毛条的平均纤维直径分别为24.88、24.84、25.11μm;10个同质毛的分别为17.66、17.79、18.16μm;10个异质毛的分别为27.91、27.76、29.24μm。经检验,3种预处理后羊毛纤维平均直径的差异均不显著,常温和烘箱预处理与恒温恒湿预处理的羊毛纤维直径之间存在较强的线性相关性。
In order to analyse relativity and effect on average fiber diameter with different pretreatment,we detected average fiber diameter of standard top wool,homogeneity wool and heterogeneity wool with three different pretreatment including normal temperature keeping,oven heating and constant temperature and humidity keeping by fiber laserscan.Results showed,with three different pretreatment,average fiber diameter of 8 standard top wool was 24.88,24.84,25.11 μm,that of 10 homogeneity wool was 17.66,17.79,18.16 μm,that of 10 heterogeneity wool was 27.91,27.76,29.24 μm,respectively.By statistical analyzing,average fiber diameter had no significant difference among three different pretreatment.In addition,average fiber diameter after normal temperature keeping and oven heating showed a notably linear relativity with constant temperature and humidity keeping.
