摘要
研究了大黄染料的提取以及大黄染料耐热稳定性、耐酸稳定性。探讨金属离子Fe2+、Al3+对羊毛织物的媒染效果,并通过单因素优化、正交试验确定了大黄染料Al3+预媒染的最佳工艺。结果表明:大黄染料耐热稳定性较好、耐酸稳定性也比较好。Al3+预媒染用于羊毛织物染色的最佳工艺为:浴比1∶25,温度90℃,染液pH值5,媒染剂用量6%(owf),染料用量60%(owf)。
In this paper,the extraction of rhubarb dye and the stability of rhubarb dye to heat and acetic was investigated.This paper investigated mordant dyeing of the wool fabric with metallicions Fe2+,Al3+.And the single-factor experiment method and orthogonal experiments were used to study the optimum conditions of pre-mordant dyeing with Al3+.As a result,the stability of rhubarb dye to heat was very good,and the stability of rhubarb dye to acetic was good,too.The optimum conditions of pre-mordant dyeing with aluminumion was: the bath ratio was 1∶25,dyeing temperature was 90 ℃,pH value was 5,the concentration of aluminum mordan was 5% of the fabric and the concentration of the flos sophorae buds dyestuff was 60% of the fabric.
