摘要
目的:建立饿蚂蝗中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以槲皮素为对照品,测定波长510nm。结果:槲皮素对照品在0.020 8~0.104 g.L-1与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均加标回收率为98.09%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.34%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便易行、现性好、结果可靠,适用于饿蚂蝗总黄酮的定量测定。
Objective:To establish ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the determination of total flavones in Desmodium Sambuse.Method: Quercetin was used as reference material,and the samples were determined at 510 nm.Result: The linear range for quercetin was 0.020 8-0.104 0 g·L-1.(r=0.999 7),The recovery rate was 98.09%;RSD 1.34%(n=5).Conclusion: This method was easy to handle with accuracy and reproducibility and suitable for quantitative determination of flavonoid in Desmodium Sambuse.
