摘要
区域卫生信息化项目正经历一个快速建设发展的历程。但是,由于此类项目的开发和建设尚处于开拓阶段,对于其深度应用和功能开发的研究甚少,这对今后的进一步提升和可持续发展将产生不利影响。以基于居民健康档案的区域卫生信息化项目一厦门市民健康信息系统为研究对象,从系统使用情况、应用技术及系统拓展等方面进行深入剖析,并对此类项目的设计、建设、管理和改进等方面提出建议。
Regional health informatization project is undergoing a period of fast development, however, due to that the development and construction of those projects are under exploiting, there are few researches on their deep application and function development, which will affect the further improvement and sustainable development in future. With a regional health information project based on resident health record, Xiamen residents＇ health information system, as research target, it thoroughly analyzed the system application, the technologies and system development, etc. Besides, it also put forward suggestions on project design, construction, management as well as improvements.
