摘要
目的评价复方甘草酸苷片联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法 96例慢性湿疹患者分为治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组患者口服复方甘草酸苷片,3次/d,2片/次,外用复方氟米松软膏,2次/d;对照组口服西替利嗪片,1次/d,每次10mg,外用复方氟米松软膏,2次/d,连续治疗2周。结果治疗组治疗后基愈率为52.08%、显效率为37.50%、进步率为10.42%、无效率为0%,有效率为89.58%;对照组治疗后基愈率为37.50%、显效率为33.33%、进步率为25.00%、无效率为4.17%,有效率为70.8%。治疗组与对照组的疗效比较差异有统计学意义(Uc=4.1870,P=0.0407)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性湿疹是安全的、有效的。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety compound glycyrrhizin tablets combine with compound flumetasone oinment in the treatment of patients with chronic eczema. Methods Nity-six outpatients with chronic eczema were divided into treatment group and control group at randomly. Forty-eight patients in the treatment group took 2 compound glycyrrhizin tablets 3 times orally every day, while forty-eight cases in the control group took cetlrizin tablet 10 mg once daily, and compound flumetasone oinment were used externally 2 times everyday in both group for 2 weeks. Results The results of treatment group after treatment showed that the cured rate, effective rate, improvement rate, no effect rate and total effect rate were 52. 08%, 37.50%, 10. 42%, 0% and 89.58%, respectively. The results of control group after treatment showed that the cured rate, effective rate, improvement rate, no effect rate and total effect rate were 37.50%, 33.33%, 25.00%, 4. 17% and 70. 8%, respectively. The effect rate in treatment group was significant higher than that of control group（4. 1870, P = 0. 0407 ）. No obrions adverse reactions in two group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion This investigation indicates that compound glycyrrhizin tablet combine with compound flumetasone oinment are an efficacy and safety therapy in the treatment of patient with chronic eczema.
