摘要
目的:研究连参通淋片中盐酸小檗碱、原儿茶醛和大黄素的鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果:鉴别方法重现性好、专属性强。结论:方法简单可靠,可用于连参通淋片中盐酸小檗碱、原儿茶醛和大黄素的鉴别。
Objective： To study the identification of berberine hydrochloride, protoeatechuic aldehyde and emodin in Lianshentonglin tablets. Methods： The thin-layer chromatography was used. Results： The identification method is repeatable and has a strong specificity. Conclusion： The method we founded can be used for the identification of berberine hydrochloride,protoeatechuic aldehyde and emodin in Lianshentonglin tablets.
