摘要
本文叙述了富含萤石凝灰岩类型铀矿石中主要特征矿物——萤石的浸出特性,以及该类型铀矿石的浸出行为及其浸出条件。结果表明,当矿石浸出酸用量为8%、氧化剂用量为1%、控制矿石浸出粒度小于0.073mm时,就可得到满意的铀浸出率。此类矿石采用拌酸熟化等强化的浸出方法,反而会降低铀的浸出率。
In this paper, the leaching characteristics and behaviours of the main
characteristic mineral--fluorite in the tuff type uranium ore and its
processing conditions are described. The experimental results show that the satisfactory uranium extraction can be obtained, when the ore is leached with 80 kg acid and 10kg oxidant per ton ore and the particle size of leached ore is controlled less than 0.073mm. If the intense acid leaching methods, such as acid pugging and curing leaching and so on, are adopted, the uranium extraction will be reduced.
