全自动外周动静脉同步换血后胆红素、电解质变化分析 被引量:8

Analysis of bilirubin and electrolyte dynamics in 32 cases of neonates received automated exchange transfusion treatment by infusion pumps

摘要 目的通过观察新生儿换血前后血清胆红素及电解质的变化,进一步探讨全自动封闭式外周动静脉同步换血疗法在新生儿高胆红素血症中的临床疗效。方法选择我院2007年2月至2011年2月所收治重症新生儿黄疸32例,全部采用全自动封闭式外周动静脉同步换血法,对患儿进行换血治疗。结果 32例重症新生儿黄疸患儿全部换血成功,均无并发症,其血清胆红素下降明显,而电解质表现各异,但均在正常范围。结论对于重症新生儿黄疸通过全自动外周动静脉同步换血治疗后,胆红素下降显著,K+略有下降,但电解质变化对患儿未见明显影响。 Objective Observing the bilirubin and electrolyte dynamics in 32 cases of neonates.Methods Thirty-two neonatals with severe hyperbflirubinemia from Feb.2007 to Feb.2011 were received automated exchange transfusion treatment by infusion pumps.Comparing the changes of bilirubin and electrolyte dynamics between exchange transfusion before and after.Results Thirty-two neonatal with severe hyperbflirubinemia successfully have cured with exchange of blood without complications,and their sevum bilirubin lowered obviously,but the electrolyte was different and they were in normal range.Conclusion After having received automated exchange transfusion treatment by using infusion pumps,their bilirubin lowered obviously and K+ lowered slightly,but electrolyte dynamics haven't obvious influence.
