通过介绍我国部分少数民族特色酒的起源、种类、酿造工艺,部分少数民族特色酒具,少数民族酒风俗以及部分民族的酒歌,展现了多姿多彩的少数民族酒文化。
through the introduction of the origin,variety and brewing process of characteristic liquor,as well as specific liquor vessel,custom and songs of some Chinese Minority Nationalities,the colorful liquor culture of Minority Nationalities was unfolded.
