摘要
目的:建立中药壮骨灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(30∶70);检测波长:270nm;柱温:40℃;流速:1.0mL/min。结果与结论:淫羊藿苷在0.1～0.18μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 9,淫羊藿苷含量平均值为0.287 8mg/g,该法准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于壮骨灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的测定。
Objective： To establish a method of HPLC for determination of icariin in Zhuangguling capsules.Methods： The HPLC column was Diamonsil C18（5μm,250×4.6mm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（30∶ 70） at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The column temperature was 40℃.The detection wavelength was set as 270nm.Results： The linear range of icariin was 0.1ug^0.18ug（r=0.999 9）,and the average recovery was 102.4%（RSD=1.35%）.Conclusion：The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,and it can be used as the content determination for Zhuangguling capsules.
