摘要
针对某车型在侧滑门关闭和行驶过程中,车身侧围振动明显过大的现象进行试验和CAE分析。找到了侧围振动过大的根源,并采取相应改进措施,将振动幅值降低到了主观评价可以接受的水平。
In the ET phase of the development of a light passenger vehicle, finding the roof and side structure stiffness is not enough that the structure vibration exceed the target when the vehicle runing and dosing door.Through a lot of NVH test and finite element analysis to find the reason of the issue aboved and re-design a new body structure to improve the structure stiffness. Finally, this problem was solved perfect.
