经尿道电切术治疗老年人膀胱肿瘤98例临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察经尿道电切术治疗老年人膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析98例经尿道电切术治疗的老年人膀胱肿瘤患者的临床资料，观察手术时间、术中出血量及术后随访情况。结果98例患者均采用经尿道电切术治疗，手术时间12—55min，术中出血量5—150ml，住院时间3—15d。术中并发膀胱穿孔1例，术后出血3例，术后出现不稳定膀胱症状2l例，尿道口狭窄6例。全部患者均得到随访，随访1—24个月，平均12个月，6个月内肿瘤复发1例，1年内肿瘤复发5例，2年内肿瘤复发5例。结论经尿道电切治疗老年人膀胱肿瘤具有操作简单、疗效确切、患者恢复快等优点。
