Improving the quality of preventive medical undergraduate' s graduation project through "action learning project" and "multiplex guidance"

摘要 借鉴预防医学专业本科毕业设计(论文)的成功经验,分析目前存在的问题,本文提出了学习行动计划(action learning project,ALP)和三位一体指导构建的思路。近3年的毕业设计(论文)实践证明:从低年级开始强化基础培养,循序渐进地安排科研,构建ALP计划和三位一体指导模式,调动学生主动性,实行三位一体指导,加强优势互补,严格过程管理,能够使毕业设计(论文)真正达到培养学生综合素质与实践能力、减少求职影响、夯实发展基础的目的。 By summarizing graduation project successful experience at home and abroad, analyzing its dilemma recently this paper proposed the idea of action learning project(ALP) and multiplex guidance. The three years practice proved that it is effective to develop students' basic capabilities from low-grade and absorb them to participate in scientific research projects. What' s more, ALP and teachers with different expertise who can complement each other and constitute guiding team jointly and strengthen the process management strictly. All of these make the graduation project enable to enhance the initiative and the capacity of using the theory and methods to solve practical problems really, to reduce graduation project quality impacted by job and lay a solid foundation for the development.
