摘要
目的探讨威驰搽剂对家兔急性软组织损伤后血肿局部软组织NO(一氧化氮)含量与组织修复的关系。方法用80只健康大耳白兔制作急性软组织损伤模型,将模型随机分为威驰搽剂组、红花油组、酒精组和生理盐水组,每组20只,分别用威驰搽剂、正红花油、60%酒精和生理盐水对患处进行涂抹,每天2次,共7 d。分别于1、3、5、7 d采集损伤处组织,测定NO的含量。结果威驰搽剂组淤血明显减退,肌纤维的修复也较其他组迅速;威驰搽剂组与相同治疗天数的对照组、红花油组和60%酒精组相比,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。威驰搽剂组1、3、5 d组织NO水平均明显高于生理盐水对照组、红花油组和60%酒精组(P<0.05),红花油组也有显著增加趋势,而酒精组和生理盐水组NO水平变化不明显。结论威驰搽剂能显著促进损伤组织局部淤血的消散,并能加快肌纤维的修复。急性损伤性血肿的组织修复程度与组织内NO的含量变化有相关性。
Objective Observe effects of WeiChi Embrocation on acute soft tissues injury of nitric oxide.Methods 80 health rabbit were made acute soft tissues damage model,and divided to randomi weichi embrocation,honghuaoil,aicohol and control groups each group,with only 20 WeiChi embracation,and 60% alcohol was safflower.The damage tissues were collected for meassument of NO at the first day,the thirth day and the fifth day.Results The leve of nitric oxide were significantly increased at the first day,the third day and the fifth day in weichi group（P0.05）.The NO leve were very significantly increased at each time compared with other group.Conclusion WeiChi Embrocation a bit of significant damage to promote local congestion in the lift and we cannot speed up the repair of the fibers.WeiChi Embrocation shoud increase level of NO in soft tissues damaged model and promoto repairetion of damaged tissues.
