摘要
目的:研究结肠癌中hTERT和P53表达情况、意义及两者之间的相互作用关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测52例结肠癌极其相应癌旁正常组织中hTERT和P53的表达。结果:52例结肠癌组织中hTERT表达阳性率为80.8%,P53阳性表达38例,阳性率为73.1%,相应正常结肠癌组织中j均无hTERT和P53阳性表达。hTERT、P53的表达上调与患者性别、年龄、浸润深度无明显相关(P>0.05);而与分化程度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期有明显相关(P<0.05)。hTERT在结肠癌组织中表达与P53的表达阳性率呈正相关。结论:hTERT、P53可能参与了肿瘤生长和发展的共同通路,在结肠癌发生、发展和转移过程中起着重要作用。
Objective： To investigate the expression, significance and interaction of hTERT and P53 in colorectal carcinomas. Methods： The expression of hTERTand P53 was detected in 52 cases of tumor tissue and tumor-adjacent normal tissue by immunohisto-chemical method of SABC. Results： The positive rate of hTERT in colorectal cancer was 80.8%, hTERT was not expressed in normal tissue; The positive rate of P53 in colorectal cancer was 73.1%, P53 was not expressed in normal tissue. The overexpressed of hTERT and P53 had no relation with sex,age and tumor depth （P〉0.05）.but was significantly related to tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis,Dukes staging （P〈0.05）. At the same time, hTERT, P53 expression was positively correlated. Conclusion： hTERT and P53 participate in common pathways in tumor development, progression and metastasis, and play an important role in colorectal carcinomas.
