摘要
将玉米化工醇釜残物开发制备高效减水剂(CPRP),既可延伸玉米制醇工业中新的产业链,又可降低对环境的污染,是一种天然、可再生的理想原料。结合高效减水剂的特点,研究掺减水剂水泥净浆的流动度、沉降性能、水泥颗粒粒度分布以及减水剂的吸附性能,探讨新型高效减水剂的分散机理。经与萘系高效减水剂(FDN)比较表明,所制备减水剂CPRP的分散性与FDN相当,分散保持性则优于FDN。可为绿色产业的发展和玉米化工醇釜残物资源化利用提供理论基础。
The development of superplasticizer with corn polyols residue can not only reduce pollution to the environment,but also extend new industry chain for corn-based alcohol industry. Corn polyols residue is a natural, renewable and ideal raw material. Combined with the characteristics of superplasticizer, the paper has investigated the superplasticizer-contained slurry's rheological behavior, sedimentation performance,as well as the size distribution of cement particles and adsorption behavior of superplasticizer, and discussed the dispersion mechanism of the novel superplasticizer. The results show that compared with commercial naph- thalene superplasticizer(FDN),the dispersion ability of superplasticizer with corn polyols(CPRP) residue in cement paste was equal with FDN,while the dispersion retention ability was better. It can provide theoretical foundation for the green industry development and corn polyols residue utilization.
