摘要
美国金融危机的爆发,不仅暴露了美国经济内外失衡的问题,也将中国经济的结构性失衡推向了亟待调整的路口。通过对斯旺模型进行创新性研究,发现同一失衡状态可以分为两个区域,分别位于两个区域内的国家,即使属于同一种失衡状态,也应当采用不同的政策组合。运用斯旺模型的创新模型分析中美两国在国际金融危机中呈现的失衡状态,并对两国在后金融危机时期重构经济平衡的路径进行了探讨。
The American financial crisis not only discovered the unbalance of American economy but also expedited the adjustment of Chinese economic structure. This paper makes an innovative model of T. Swan model. The unbalanced part in the T. Swan model countries belong to the same can be departed into two parts. Although the two unbalance state, they should adopt different methods to solve their problem as they are in different parts. The paper uses this new model to analyze the unbalanced economy in China as in America. It gives some methods of how to reconstruct the balanced economy as last.
