摘要
目的了解我院口服抗高血压药的临床使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法,对我院2006～2010年口服抗高血压药物的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等指标进行统计和分析。结果我院主要使用的抗高血压药物有CCB、ACEI、ARB三类,其中CCB的用药金额和用药频度位居前列,ARB的用药频度呈快速上升趋势。结论我院口服抗高血压药物应用基本合理。
Objective Understand our oral antihypertensive drugs for clinical use and provide basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods Using amount ranking and drug use frequency ranking,the indexes of oral antihypertensive drugs including application varieties,sales amount,drug use frequency and daily expenses in our hospital from 2006 to 2010 were analysis.Results Our main use antihypertensive drugs have CCB,ACEI and arbs three categories,including the amount of drugs and drug therapy CCB frequency topped the list,the drug use frequency with the rapid ARB rising trend.Conclusion Oral antihypertensive drugs use is reasonable in our hospital.
