摘要
目的探讨氨曲南所致不良反应的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对1988～2011年中国期刊全文数据库中有关氨曲南所致不良反应的文章进行文献分析。结果氨曲南所致不良反应以皮肤、呼吸系统的表现为主。结论临床应重视氨曲南的不良反应,加强合理用药。
Objective To discuss the characteristics of the ADRs caused by Aztreonam so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic.Methods 31 cases ADRs caused by Aztreonam,reported in domestic medical journals from 1988~2011,were collected and analyzed.Results The ADRs were mainly manifested as skin symptoms and breathing system.Conclusion The great attention should be paid to the ADRs of Aztreonam and rationally use the preparation.
