摘要
目的分析了现有中药质量控制偏重化学成分检测方法的不足,阐述了中药质量控制中生物活性检测的重要性和作用。方法对现有生物活性检测方法的局限性及今后发展的方向进行了讨论。结果与结论讨论了中药生物活性检测方法的选用原则,提出了对药典一部中"生物活性测定指导原则"需进一步完善的内容。希望对今后"中药生物活性检测应用指导原则"的修订提供有价值的参考。
Objective The importance and applications of bioassay tests to the quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicine were discussed after analysis of insufficiency based on using chemical components control.Methods It was discussed here the limitations of bioassay test existed and research tendency in the future.Results and ConclusionThe selection principles of bioassay test methods for Traditional Chinese Medicine were set forth,and some opinions were given about how to improve ＂guideline for bioassay test of Traditional Chinese Medicine＂ in Chinese Pharmacopeia volume I.We hope these discussions and opinions were useful for the next version of ＂guideline for bioassay test of Traditional Chinese Medicine＂.
