摘要
为观察腰俞穴麻醉复合异丙酚静脉全麻用于吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）的麻醉效果，回顾性分析腰俞穴麻醉（A组）、硬膜外麻醉（B组）与腰俞穴麻醉复合异丙酚静脉全麻（C组）用于PPH各30例的临床资料。结果显示，腰俞穴麻醉复合异丙酚静脉全麻用于PPH具有接台时间短、术中患者舒适、并发症少及安全等优点。结果表明，腰俞穴麻醉复合异丙酚静脉全麻适用于PPH。
In order to investigate the anesthesia efficacy of the compound of Yaoshu point anesthesia and propofol intravenous general anesthesia used in PPH,authors analysed the clinical data from A,B,C group retrospectively,which A group adopted Yaoshu point anesthesia,B group adopted epidural anesthesia,C group adopted above-mentioned compound anesthesia in PPH respectively,30 cases, per group. As results, the compound anesthesia used in PPH has such advantages as saving time（shorter inter-operative time）, patient feeling comfortable, less complication, and safe, etc. Results show that this compound anesthesia is suitable to be used in PPH.
