同胞异基因造血干细胞移植治疗Ph＋急性髓系白血病M4一例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析Ph染色体阳性的急性髓系白血病（AML）患者的临床特点，探讨其治疗方法。方法报道1例Ph＋AML的形态学、免疫学、细胞遗传学及分子生物学特点，并行同胞异基因造血干细胞移植，同时对相关文献进行复习。结果该病例在移植后2年内无不良反应发生，骨髓穿刺均提示缓解。结论Ph＋AML预后欠佳，异基因造血干细胞移植可能是其治疗有效方法之一。
